The overall program; including conditioning, striking and grappling is the best one Antonio has found in Asia, so far. David explained to Antonio that while you may know how to box and do Muay Thai, you need to learn to do boxing and Muay Thai specifically for MMA. Fighting with no gloves on, you need to move your head out of the way every time, and you need to make every shot count.
