When you travel, you can't live without:

A travel journal, I like to take a few moments each day and write down my impressions of the day, memorable moments, anything interesting that I did, what my plans are for the next day. It really helps when you go home to have the journal to supplement your pictures. It helps transport you back to that day more completely so you can constantly revisit that trip and remember everything in greater detail.
