Daniel in Auroville, India - Spring 2010

This is my journal for my time teaching on Living Routes' Spring 2010 semester program in Auroville. I will be there with my wife, Monique Gauthier (who will also be teaching) and our two daughters, so posts will be a mixture of professional and personal observations.

we are feeling in great shape as a team and are excited to start the semester

Faculty and staff have been busily meeting in preparation for students arriving on January 23rd.  Thankfully, we are able to do so under sunny skies while drinking latte machiatto's and eating dosai at La Terrace, the cafe above the Solar Kitchen in Auroville.  Still lots to do, but we are feeling in great shape as a team and are excited to start the semester in just 10 days.

From left to right, we have:

Ethan Hirsch-Tauber (Faculty) - Bindu Mohanty (Past and Future Faculty) - Abbey Schoenfeld (Administrative Coordinator) - Daniel Greenberg (Faculty and Living Routes Exec. Dir.) - Boomi Dhomodiran (Cohort Coordinator) - Monique Gauthier (Faculty) - Segar Duraikannu (Cohort Coordinator) - Larkspur Morton (Faculty)
