Well today was the last day of classes here at Ormskirk. I will now be heading off to London! How exciting is that?! After three weeks in Ormskirk, I think I'm ready to leave. It's a nice little town, but I'm ready to go experience life in the big city! There's so much to see and do there.. I'm almost a little overwhelmed by it. Fortunately, one of my friends here has already been to London so we have our own personal tour guide who will help show us around. We're going to have a lot of free time in London, but we do have some things planned. We all get to see two shows at the Globe (Henry VIII and Macbeth) which I'm really excited about. And we have some sight-seeing that we'll be doing as a group. But we'll have all our evenings free and some days to go roam the city on our own- watch out London! So obviously I am quite excited about London, but I have throughly enjoyed my time here. Especially when we got to go on excursions. We got to see so many beautiful places, I loved it. And I really enjoyed bank holiday. I went with 6 other girls to Cardiff, Wales. Wales is anamazing place. It has everything- markets, castles, cathedrals, stadiums, pubs, shopping, parks, amazing food, and probably a bunch of other things that we missed. I really liked going in the Rugby stadium. What I wouldn't give to see a game played there. We took a tour of it and got to sit in the presidents box. The presidents box had really nice seats, but apparently the only way you get to sit there is by invitation only.. I also really enjoy the nightlife in Cardiff. I had a lot of fun dancing the night away :) We haven't been doing anything to terribly exciting this week. We went to Rufford Old Hall, which is a place where some of Shakespeare's plays were performed. And I've been in class a lot this week. We've been studying the plays that we're going to see in London and acting out some of the scenes. I will be much more informed on Shakespeare when this is over! Now I've got to do some packing. I blogging right now because I really don't want to pack. But I know I need to. And laundry. Actually I think my load is just getting done so I should go put it in the dryer. I really didn't want to pack up dirty clothes so I'm washing everything up. And after that I'm going out to eat at Fat Olive with everyone. Oh and apparently the internet costs money at the hotel and is quite expensive, so I won't be doing much blogging (if any) at the hotel. So I don't know when you'll hear from me again, but hopefully soon! Be sure to facebook and e-mail me often so I have something to read when I can finally use the internet again! And maybe I'll find some cafe with Wifi near the hotel. *Fingers are crossed* XX Well that's all for now. Oh it just started pouring. Lovely. Cheers!
