What are the ethnic foods that you eat on a normal basis?

Not many unfortunately :( The closest thing is probably pizza/lasagna/spaghetti, which I suppose IS technically considered Italian :) Although I do enjoy the occasional cup of cafe con leche

Stories from my Madrid Adventures!

So this journal blog thing is kind of confusing, first I have to make an entry, and then I make the actual journal I believe??? So we're going to try this :) So this will be where I'm storing all the journals for what takes place from now until August 9

Its crazy to think that I've been here for almost a week already...in a way it feels like a lot of time has passed just from having met so many people and having taken time to get to know the city, but at the same time it scares me that its flown by so quickly so far!  On the bright side I met someone who is just as enthusiastic about the idea of traveling on the weekends as I am!  Its hard to find people who want to travel because a lot of them are already from Europe and don't feel the need to travel places they can easily visit while at home, and the other people tend to lose the rest of their money on night life :(  BUT Susanne and I discussed a bunch of cheap travel options today and places we wanted to go (she is probably reading this too hahaha) and we are quite psyched about it!  We also hit up a place called Valor to get some chocolate con churros and randomly decided to find the Plaza de Toros and get some pictures.

Other than that, I am extremely tired and still catching up from the late night last night, so I'm thinking now's a good time for bed!!  And hopefully the noise by my window quiets down at some point tonight :S
