Stories from my Madrid Adventures!

So this journal blog thing is kind of confusing, first I have to make an entry, and then I make the actual journal I believe??? So we're going to try this :) So this will be where I'm storing all the journals for what takes place from now until August 9

Maybe I can think of a good title for this one...NOPE, still nothing.

So let's see here....I am officially half one done with my two week morning class sessions, which means it won't be long until I can spend time only on my internship and not on school as well.  I hate that its my first two weeks here, and I lose all my weekday evenings, because class prevents me from working in the morning so that I have to let it take away my nights instead!! Just ONE MORE WEEK :D  I asked our director Ángel today if I could just stop going to class since I figured me starting my internship early was achieving enough, but apparently they don't approve of that so much.  Thursday is the French vs. Mexico game though and I realllllyy want to go to that, especially since my roommates here who I hang out with are a mix of French and Mexican, so I think it will be quite epic to go watch them duke it out with each other at a bar watching the World Cup...bahaha.  So I may just let my school know in advance that I won't be attending on Thursday and then go to work in the morning instead so that I can attend the World Cup events that evening!

Today was a pretty low key day...also it was sunny (for once) but randomly stormed really bad for like 10 minutes and then went back to being nice again...WEIRD.

I did some roommate bonding tonight, which was nice :)  We were speaking three different languages within our group, which gets a little confusing, not gonna lie....but we get quite a kick out of mocking each other's accents and faults when it comes to trying out each other's languages.  I really like the group I live with, and I thought it would be weird not living with any other Americans and be surrouned by 10 foreigners, but its actually been a very eye opening experience for me!

Anywho, I'm off to bed!
