Currently I am in Umea, a lively little university town in northern sweden. We went to Holsund earlier in the day to find out about ferry prices to Finland. It cost 195 euro to cross the small 18km distance via sea to get to vasa !! We decided it was way too expenisive to go there for a day trip so we will be progressing down the coast towards Stockholm. So far i have found swedish people to be particularly friendly and they seem to have sunnier dispositions than norwegians. The land is mostly flat with endless fields of pine trees and occasionally I see large still lakes that seem to be devoid of any sound. When it warms up a bit, it would be nice for a swim.

I went to a moose farm the other day which was interesting. They are definately weird looking creatures. The farmer that owned the moose gargen boosted how they make paper out of moose shit and how they also make moose milkshakes...mmmmm.

Anyway got to go, on the run as usual.

The prices in Finland are so ridiculous, just to cross bridges and stuff. And there is nothing to see but lakes, though you guys like that sort of thing. Can't wait to hear about Poland. x
