Come visit Australia and New Zealand with me. I promise to be entertaining!

I'm heading to New Zealand and Australia during their winter (and questioning my planning this trip away from my home territory of New England during the one season of true warmth we'll experience all year), but totally excited about it. I'm visiting universities that I work with, getting to know their faculty and programs up close, getting a good feel for the area within a 3 mile radius of my hotel (also known as my morning jog), and hopefully meeting some interesting folks, seeing some wildlife, having some excellent coffee, and visiting some great bookstores. Oh, and being courageous as I explore the Great Barrier Reef on an experiential learning program (okay, so I'm a bit of a water wimp). I hope you - family, friends, and colleagues - will join me on this adventure. Come spend a bit of your summer down under...
