What was the saddest moment you have ever seen in your travels?

Haitian vendors fishing a massive bag of bananas from a filthy, sewage-filled ditch along a main road in Port-Au-Prince. Boys teenaged and younger walking in traffic, attempting to sell dirty-looking soda bottles.
