Trip to the equatorial Congo forest

My vacation in Congo was pretty overwhelming presumably because i was already familiar with the African lifestyle and climate, hence i was very swift to adjust to the trip without much effort. We were accompanied by a warden as we visited different animal habitats and swamps during our leisure hours ; he taught us so much about the forest. Late at night we told ghost stories then slept in tents and lit a small fire to keep us warm throughout the night, it was a very nice vacation

 Climbers and creepers

The ordeal was great in that i managed to venture in to a natural territory filled with the utmost imbalance of nature. The congolese people gave us first class hospitality as we were served good meals, taken to the best hotels and given a jeep to venture into the forest. With my camera i took the best photos and  the questionaire i prepared for the entire vacation simplified my task further. The place was cool and wet as we had expected, it made everything around it seem so heavenly. The forest was filled with huge exotic trees that gave it some sought of cool breeze, climbers and creepers roamed everywhere around the hearth making it appear beautiful in the sunlight and the swamp was filled with very many weird creatures that coudn't stop peeping tirelessly outside the mucky swampy water. We erected a tent on an open ground near a ridge were we would constantly look at the sun rise evry chilly morning.
