Anticipation

Waiting is such a hard thing to do, but that’s all I can do. I’ve been approved for everything, and now I’m waiting for the decision maker—a scholarship.

 My palms are itching, but all I can do is scratch and anxiously wait for my remedy. 

I applied for the Gilman Scholarship—which will pay for the vast majority of my program. Unfortunately, I must wait until MID-DECEMBER to find out if I’ve actually received it. My palms are itching, but all I can do is scratch and anxiously wait for my remedy.
