Meet and make friends with other travelers on the site: you can post messages for each other and form groups with those who share your interests. You also have your own space for inquiries, where you can search for programs for your travels abroad. You can bookmark interesting programs for future reference on your very own online scrapbook. Troy Peden
Troy is a co-founder of GoAbroad.com and is the current editor. In addition to being the former study abroad coordinator at the University of Colorado at Denver, Troy has directed several non-profit international organizations. His extensive travel has included study, work and volunteering abroad throughout Europe and Russia, Latin America, South Asia and Southeast Asia. Currently, Troy resides in Jacksonville, Florida where he is the study abroad director at Jacksonville University. Troy still works very closely with the NGO he helped found in Southeast Asia.
Jason Coppage
Jason is a co-founder of GoAbroad.com. His background and education is in broadcast communications. He helped launch Animal Planet and worked for the worldwide uplink services of Discovery networks, Encore and Starz! Jason has extensive creative and artistic multimedia experience including producing a television series for PBS and acting as the creative editor for the Vacation Channel. Jason currently resides in Bangkok, Thailand where he coordinates the Asia offices for GoAbroad.com. Jason has traveled throughout Asia, Europe, the Middle East and LatinAmerica.
