My First Trip to China

A journal about my first travel experience in China. I'll be having a therapy here for my scoliosis, hopefully my spine gets better.

Again, therapy in the morning and shopping in the afternoon. The doctor adviced us to have a rest but we're just.. let's say.. we just want to see more of Quanzhou! Hehe.. So, we decided to go down the town.

I haven't taken a bath since Monday. I just had a bentusa that day. After having bentusa, I wasn't allowed to wet my hands for 8 hours! Bentusa, releases cold air from the body, which they believe is one the reasons why I have back pains (aside from being scoliotic).
