My First Trip to China

A journal about my first travel experience in China. I'll be having a therapy here for my scoliosis, hopefully my spine gets better.

There's no facebook here in China! Good thing there's GoAbroad.net! =)

It's our last session in the hospital. After my therapy, my doctor gave me series of exercises to do back home.

The elders fetched us in the hospital, they wanted to see us before we leave China. Tomorrow, we're going back to the Philippines.

Today's different. We did not eat in a Chinese restaurant, they brought us to Pizza Hut. I was pretty much surprised, but I guess before we leave they wanted to please us. Since day one, they would always force us to eat Chinese food even if we're already full.

After eating they brought us to a spa called First World Spa for a back and foot massage.

Nino, Mae, Aunt Ester and I were brought to our massage room. Before our massage, the elders brought fruits to our room. There's a television inside our room with Jackie Chan's Police Story movie being played. There's no english translation or english subtitle. But we were laughing, based only on the actions of the actors in the film.

Then the therapists arrived. My therapist was a chubby Chinese girl. She pulled the tub from below my chair and filled it with hot water. She placed black tea in the water, though i'm not sure if it was really tea.

She started massaging me, and she's really good. I felt so relaxed after the spa. My feet were even smoother than my face. Hehe
