So it has been an interesting last few days.

Tuesday night was one of the music girls birthday so we threw her a birthday party. Everyone was joking because it was her 21st b-day and we all asked her how it felt to turn 21 in a country where it doesn't matter. Nevertheless it was a lot of fun. Also started Italian classes which were interesting, the teacher is a funny guy but isn't us in the way that I would prefer but I am trying to absorb what I can. We asked him to teach us conversational italian rather than being able to read or write and he has been focusing on parts of speech. Its hard to have class from 9-5 even though we have breaks inbetween its still a stretch.

Yesterday we finished our movie on Egypt and went on a walk to look at the snow on the mountain. I actually have a view from this town of the mountain that paramount pictures uses for its little clip that is shows before movies. Its crazy, I took a picture I will show it soon. They came into our house today and set us our internet we still need a modem though. They are silly how they do things. My computer cord was shipped two days ago so hopefully when I get back from my trip or so after it will be here.

Tomorrow is the chocolate factory, it should be fun. It isn't fun that the day we have class we still have to wake up early but hopefully it will be worth it. After lunch yesterday we watched 300, pretty bad but still quite entertaining. After that I took a nap then we ate at the place without a menu since the rest of the places were closed. Every restaurant chooses one night to close a week. I did some homework and went to bed early which felt good but I am still tired. My cold is getting better slowly. Had a bad morning, keep falling, darn cobblestone. Italians must think we are crazy. Other than that haven't been up to much.

Today we watched a couple movies on Rome. We are off to Verona afternoon. We are meeting Paul's wife in Torino to pick up our Euro rail passes and then off to Verona. I am excited. Since we get back next Friday we may stay back in Verona and travel to other nearby cities since we have the weekend off of classes, we will see. Either way it should be a good time. Soon there will be lots of pictures to show and lots to tell. Miss you guys.

Ciao.
