So it has been quite a weekend, the places I went to were amazing it was merely the actual traveling that killed me this weekend. I had really bad luck.

Thursday we went to Torino and we saw a good deal of stuff, some political buildings. We went to parliament. It was a lot of fun and we got some free stuff including a bookbag. It was very nice. After this I went back and got ready for my wild weekend.

I went to Lake Lugano which is on the Switzerland border. It was so beautiful. The train ride wasn't bad. It was a very hilly town and it was a lot of fun. I watched these guys place a life size game of chess it was nice. They had a lot of gardens and lots of other beautiful sites and architecture. I went back and got my train back, except the problem was my last train had a 5 minute layover between trains and I didn't make it in time. I got stuck in a small town but it worked out for the best because I had a train out of that town the next day.

I had to stay in a hotel but it wasn't bad. Then I went to Pisa the next day. It was a lot of fun. Saw the leaning tower and more. It was nice. Sadly even though I gave myself a lot of time to get back to the train station I took one wrong road and got lost and missed my train. The next train wasn't till midnight. So I waited at the train station until my train. It was a long wait and kinda crazy but it was still a lot of fun.

I took an overnight train home and made it home early in the morning. It felt so good to be back. I needed sleep, a shower, and a hug. I had a great time it was just very hard to do all the traveling. Had a couple crazy experiences. Some people thought I was homeless or crazy in Pisa, it was amusing. So throughout all this craziness there is a lot of fun. I saw so many beautiful things.

I spent yesterday recovering and hanging out. Catching up with my roommate who went to Germany. Then I hung out and just caught up on rest and relaxation. Today we had class and lunch. Same old same old. We have a practice test tomorrow. Shouldnt be too bad.

This weekend I am thinking of maybe going to Sicily and Pompeii. The one part of Italy I haven't seen. Hopefully this will be better than last weekend. I am loving life, loving traveling, and excited about seeing Jacki soon. There is so much coming up, it is pretty busy but it is great. Hope all is well. Miss you guys.
