What is an Immersion Program?

Our Immersion Programs enables you to develop and expand your interests and talents abroad. Whether you are a student trying to gain academic credit and work experience, or a professional looking for that meaningful vacation, or a retiree that wants to revive their life in another exotic destination, Cultural Embrace offers programs that will fit anyone’s schedule, budget, interests and passion. Guaranteed placements, pre-departure and local assistance are provided for every program.

TEACH ABROAD

The rewards of teaching English (and other subjects) around the globe are infinite. Share your knowledge with others and immerse yourself with the locals. Program includes placement, on-line TEFL certification course, major medical traveler’s insurance, and visa and housing support. Teaching experience and foreign language are helpful but not required. Paid and non-monetary benefits are available in China, East Asia, Eastern Europe, Spain, Thailand and Latin America. Housing and board are available for most destinations.

VOLUNTEER/INTERN ABROAD

Volunteer your time and skills to help those in need. You can make a difference in the lives of the people you meet, and they will certainly make a difference in yours! Strengthen your professional and interpersonal skills while you explore the world. Positions and projects vary depending on field of interest. Projects range from advertising to social services and are available one week to one year. Foreign language and experience not required. Available in Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe, and Latin America.

HOSPITALITY WORK ABROAD

See the world, work with locals, enhance your resume, gain a new perspective on life, and make money while you are at it! Work in the hospitality/service industry of Australia, England & France. Salary, room & board pre-arranged with traveler’s insurance and local support.

LEARN A CULTURAL ACTIVITY

Communication between cultures is the key to a deeper global understanding. What better way is there to learn and speak a foreign language, than in the native country? Program length and levels are organized to fit your needs around the globe. We also pre-arrange arts, crafts, culinary, dance and music lessons from talented locals!
