Study a language abroad and experience the local culture. The best way to learn a language is to travel to where it is spoken, live with the locals and become part of them. Share your experiences or get advice from the experts who have traveled abroad.

Viva la Argentina

For the next 2 months, I will be spending my time in Argentina dining with local Argentinians, exploring the foreign streets that aren´t quite what I would call familiar, and seeing the world under different lights. I will begin in Cordoba, travel South to Mendoza, drop even further South to Bariloche, make my way back up to Buenos Aires, and then complete the circle in Cordoba. Deseenme suerte!

I can´t say that there are many places I would go to that would require 22 hours of sitting on a bus, however Iguazu made the top of the list.

Out of all the beautiful natural destinations that I have ever traveled to, Iguazu Falls has by far been the most beautiful. I just got back from a three day trip: two days of which were spent on double-decker bus that failed to offer food and sleep. I can´t say that there are many places I would go to that would require 22 hours of sitting on a bus, however Iguazu made the top of the list.

If you are ever anywhere near the country of Argentina or Brazil, Iguazu Falls is a must. For those who are not familiar with the sight, Iguazu is an array of waterfalls that meet in a central location. It´s very tropical as well so you are in warm weather among butterflies and palm trees galore.

I stayed in a very trendy hostel that housed many international people from all over the world. It was called Hostel Inn and it is a great way to meet International students. The hostel provided nightly entertainment and also a pool to swim in after a long day at the Iguazu park!

Unfortunately the only pictures I have are in my head, but thank god for Google Images!
