Get ready to experience the most breathtaking view of Firenze!

This past weekend me and my roomates wandered around Florence to seek out the little secrets that were in our guide book. We walked over the Ponte Vecchio, which means "old bridge" in Italian and saw how many unique shops they had on it. The Ponte Vechhio is the oldest bridge in Florence and has expensive selections of fine jewelry all along it. The jewelry are priceless pieces of work that are for show, but some are for sale too. We then hiked up the treacherous, Piazzale Michelangelo, where you can see the most breathtaking view of Florence. We saw castles, the duomo and gorgeous scenery in the distance. It was an amazing view where you can sit on the steps and have a nice relaxing afternoon. We sipped hot chocolate at a local place and even ate popcorn, which is a rare find in Florence. All in all, if you want the most amazing view of Florence...hike up the Piazzale Michelangelo...and get ready to experience the most breathtaking view of Firenze!
