What was the strangest food you ate while traveling?

Pasta with marinara sauce, because apparently when you are near an ocean marinara has seafood in it?

Study Abroad Adventure

I've always had the dream of studying abroad and it is finally coming true! My spring semester is going to be spent in Dublin, Ireland studying at Dublin City University.

By now being in Dublin has become somewhat normal.  Every second isn’t filled with something new and exciting, but that in no way means it has gotten less fun.  If anything it has gotten better with time and I am disappointed that it will be time to leave soon.  There is so much I still want to do and see and I feel like I’m running out of time!  It finally started getting warm so now when I wake up the first thing I do is open my window, and I love that I can sit outside and read.  I only have a few hours of class each day, which was new for me, so I have a lot of time to entertain myself, and since I haven’t had very much schoolwork to do till now I do a lot of exploring.  Going down to the markets in the city center and even just walking nearby.  Walking around where we live one day we found this great park and I can’t wait to go back.  I love the people I have met here so much, we always have a reason to celebrate, birthday’s holidays, just because…I feel like I go out every night of the week.  This isn’t actually true but it feels like it, my new sleep schedule might turn out to be a problem when I get home.  But it is so much fun I’m not complaining.  But that should probably come to an end now since exams are coming up and it is time to study!  I am excited to travel one of the weeks of our exam study period, and I love being able to just go on weekend trips.  I went to Donegal last weekend and it was amazing, if I was ever to live in Ireland that is where I would go.   But Dublin has started to feel a little like home, and even though my day to day life has fallen into a pattern, every week brings something new to look forward to.
